Why the best?

Because it comes from a customer who was rightly upset, whose aerator was broken and, although he was upset, he still had the power to praise the performance of the aerator:

 

"I had the best looking water that I've ever had, used less chlorine and maintained my pH which I struggle with being too low"

Manufacturing defects still occur, and when they overlap with mishandling, the product can fail

However, the aerator was changed and the customer was very satisfied in the end
